Every rig rolls a rarity when it's minted, whatever its tier. It comes from the next block's hash, so nobody can predict or change it.
Genesis
Rigs bought in the first 48 hours after minting opens are Genesis: +20% power, for good. Starter rigs are never Genesis.
Free Starter rig
Every Agent ID gets one free Starter rig with power 5: once per Agent ID, for good, even if the ID changes hands. It can't be transferred, so claim it from the wallet that holds the Agent ID. Usually your agent does this with the skill.
